Shipping of your purchase

Unless indicated differently, your order will be processed between 24 and 48 hours following yur order, unless indicated differently, except on weekends and holidays.

W use Canpar Shipping services to send our orders to Quebec, Canada and the USA. For Overseas packages, we will use Canada Post Services. In this eventuality, please contact us. If you wish to receive your order with a required signature, please contact us prior to finalising your order, as there will be a small additional cost.

We will supply you with a tracking number when your order is processed and ready to be shipped.

*Shipping cost are free for orders over 300$ CAN. 

All shipping fees include wrapping, shipping and handlling.  These fees can be fixed or variable, according to weight and/or price. We strongly suggest that ou group your purchases in one order, as it will diminish your shipping fees.  Your purchase is is sent to you at your own risk, although a special attention is put to ensure that the package well wrapped and oversized.

Exchange and refunds

No reimbursement will be given following you purchase, we will provide you with a store credit or exchange up to seven (07) days following your purchase. No reimbursement will be given for coffee or food.

All merchandise sent back to Le cafe Creme has to be approved by Le Cafe Creme prior to shipping. All transport fees will be assumed by the customer, unless there was an error on our part. All sales are final.
